i would suggest something else.
like everyone buying this racing game at day one and taking a photo telling shenmue was the reason you bought it then everyone sending it to some sega director or whatever at day 2 and then continue spamming it everywhere for the rest of the week

ps: oh but i guess here in brazil it will come in "month or year 1"

I did suggest taking a copy of your receipt and sending that to them. Some people may have one already if they've pre-ordered.

I'll support it. Just make it big, post it on the main homepage so I'd remember about it since I and most people rarely check these forums because i'd like Sega to get more than 10 or 15 letters.

So we need a Date for the mailing set in stone... Do we wat for Sega All-Stars, Or do we start mailing before Shenmue's B-day like we did with the toy capsules last year?

Shenmue turns 10 in Japan this year correct?

To be honest guys you should try something else. The mass mailing was a good idea and I was more than happy to donate to that but I wouldn't donate money to try it a second time and I'm pretty sure the majority wouldn't either. We had a pretty succesful run first time around anyway and we didn't get nothing back from SEGA which is shocking in this day and age- any other company would have at least used a blog,facebook, twitter, email or any number of ways to communicate to their fanbase (c'mon SEGA it's 2009 not 1992)

We need something more original than that now.

I think we should attack them Offline sending them mails or toys or pics AND online!(Forums,Blogs,Emails,Twitter,Facebook)
Also Online Campaing is Free and It can be Done Multiple Times!
