I was thinking yesterday if some sort of miracle happened and Shenmue III came to light and Sega also somehow decided to release a Collectors Edition, what would you want to be in it?

The OST is an obvious one. Perhaps a poster.

A note of apology stating that Sega are sorry we had to wait so long. (not like they would mean it anyway)

On second thought the apology should be in the standard version too.

Well there are some items in the game that would be nice for a collector's edition. How about a pipboy 3000 - ah wait that was a different game...

- Heavens Zippo
- Ryo's Timex Explorer wristwatch (Well, might be a bit expensive)
- Shenmue chocolate (As seen in TCS)
- A raffle ticket (Hopefully a losing one)

- Reo Hazukys gun (I wouldn't be me if i omitted lame old jokes)
- Various capsule toys
- Sountrack on a tape
- Family crest sword handguard
- Snake oil medicine bottle (As seen in the basement)
- leaf of a Shenmue tree
- A duck's feather
- A copy of the wulinshu
- Move scrolls

So basically everything in the inventory menu then

Yup. My happiness of finally completing the Shenmue saga would be met with equal measure of unhappiness due to living the rest of my life with an incomplete collection.

Ah yeah what should the pre-order DLC be? WTF? A heavens jacket? Reo Hazukys gun? A night with the girl from Tomato Convenience Store? Come on DLC wouldn't make much sense in S3...

But a heavens Zippo or a plastic phoenix mirror would be not THAT expensive and cool items to include. Doesn't need to be an original zippo, some cheap chinese refillable lighter would do as well, just like Ryo buys them in Hong Kong.
