As many times as you feel like. The tweetathon is every month though, so it would be great if you try and remember to participate on the 3rd of each month. It's up to you how many times you feel like tweeting on the day.

We've spent a year establishing the 3rd of the month as Tweetathon day. I don't think there's any need to risk confusing that pattern of behavior. It's a pretty obscure anniversary anyway, I think many wouldn't appreciate the significance,

Sony doubt they care
Nintendo has Done Pandoras Tower,The Last Story and now Bayonetta 2 and Wonderful 101 as producers plus made big deals with Monster Hunter and DQ. They recently said they want more Japanese games in the west. Still they don't seem the type but no one expected Bayonetta 2 either. So maybe
