I appreciate all the passion here, but why don't we all focus on doing what we can right now to help bring Shenmue 3 closer. One good way is to spread the word, get out there on forums and the like and tell people about our campaign. Raise the awareness.

Each one teach one.

A sticker campaign was mentioned some time ago. I'd even be down with that. Put a web address at the bottom with a brief but explanatory message informing everyone what Shenmue is, the dilemma with HD remakes and Part 3, and what they can do to help. Encourage any interested parties to simply get their hands on the game and play. I live in a fairly large town and could slap these suckers all over. The best campaign in my opinion is create new fans. Then more people will be aware if and when sega decides to give shenmue another chance.

I think twitter is a great way to help bring Shenmue back.Thats how Toonami got brought back all of us fans tweeted cartoon network and adult swim relentlessly and even trended topics.

Exactly. We're dealing with perverts here. The only way we'll ever see Shenmue 3 is if we disappear. Shut down this website, stop spamming YouTube videos with our love of Shenmue, get every gaming website and forum to ignore Shenmue, even bash Shenmue as the worst game ever, everyone everywhere must pretend they emphatically want the franchise destroyed.

Only then Sega would blow their Shenmue load.

The second we don't give fluck, we'll get the HD releases, we'll get 3. Hell, we'll even get 4, toys, and an anime movie. We'll get so much Shenmue, we really will be sick of it.

But Gens & Colors were great games and it's 2013 not 2006 so those games are not relevant anymore.
