Sega's Involvement with Shenmue 3

In response to the toy capsules, maybe it's possible that we could get some Playstation characters?
Although to be fair, I doubt the companies who develop mainly for Sony (eg. Naughty Dog) will really care about Shenmue enough to let their characters be used in the game . But it's a thought.

The toy capsule thing would be a shame, as would the lack of Sega arcade games if that is also a no-go area. But it's looking like S3 will be mostly set in rural areas anyway, so maybe this doesn't matter so much? It would be nice to have at least one city, though. But who knows at this point...
