Man, i really liked that idea someone had about having a Joel NPC drinking Fanta and saying he's sorry if you interact with him. Maybe have him in a hidden room with some funky lighting a la twitch stream, and if you do find him he'll give you a jackhammer so you can do some remodelling...

It's a shame that baldness has such a stigma attached to it in Japan.

If the project is going ahead, then there may not be a need for PayPal. Perhaps Yu has gotten the full funding from independent investors.

I got the feeling that those Kickstarter stretch goals were dependent on outside funding; they seemed relatively "cheap" for what they were offering, so I got the impression that outside investors were promising to invest a multiple of the Kickstarter funding. If that's the case, then it would explain the delay in PayPal funding as well (i.e. trying to sort out a similar agreement for it).
