This is purely a personal demo piece.
The image I had in mind is of a village and waterside in the forest.
I've been experimenting composing practice pieces to evoke the sound of "that game".

This is excellent. We're in good hands for the new music to be created for Shenmue 3.

Nice to see it confirmed that Iuchi is getting into gear to start work on Shenmue music again.

This track is beautiful but I can see some people being mistaken as whether or not it is "officially" for Shenmue 3.
But damn Ryuji Ichi is a legend. This track makes me tear up.

I am absolutely in love with this track and LanDC's recent mix atm. Ryuji captures the distinct retro Shenmue sounds perfectly with a great emphasis on quality.

This isn't just a tracking you would here from a generic Chinese composition, this exudes Shenmue to the bone.

Ryuji liked my tweet, which included a sentence hoping the track would make it into Shenmue 3. It's a sublime piece that would fit perfectly in the travelling section(s) of the game. However given what Ryuji stated in the past, there's already more than enough material available for Shenmue 3 via resources given by Sega and that he would "only compose new music" once it had dried up. And the fact Ryuji clearly mentioned this was a personal piece.

Has Yu heard this track? Maybe he can be convinced to include it.
