By the way iyapol, your choices of topic titles are killing me!

Every time I see "Playable demo of Shenmue III" I forget there isn't actually a playable demo out there and get all feverish #-o

These pictures got me excited. They fit for a "spot the difference" game, too.

It's a shame that Cedric couldn't attend but at least they had a cardboard cutout made so he was there in spirit.

Get hype.

They've come a long way in a year.

Anyone familiar with Playstation controllers? Is that PS4, or PS3 to the right of the Xbox 360?

Looks more like PS3 to me, but PS4 obviously would make more sense lol.

It's 99% DualShock 3. Probably because you can easily use it on a PC.

Not sure if it's that easy with PS4 DualShock 4?

Not sure dude, I know the easiest and most common PC controller is the 360 one though, so looks like they would have that covered already :D

Not that it makes a difference though, they're probably just using a 360 for a DVD player and PS3 for Blurays :D

It's fairly easy to use a DS4 on a PC, but if whatever tools they're trying to work with have better DS3 support, I could see why they're using it instead.

Also, on the screen it appears to be a video rather than a still image. It's probably an animatic for a cutscene, or a gameplay sequence.

Ahh i'm stupid, I wasn't even thinking about them needing to use a PS controller for their tools. Now that does make sense :)

Disclaimer: I could be wrong. I'd hope that by now UE4 tools would be adopting DS4 support. but Sony still haven't released any official drivers for it. Then again, they didn't release any for DS3 either soooo...

It is a mystery to us all! I do wonder why they have a 360 in the office when they've likely got a copy of Shenmue II on Dreamcast. The Xbox version didn't have much in the way of exclusive features, so I'm not sure what they're looking for.

Here's what I can make out. The content is non-spoilerish.

"Dynamic seeds" sounds intriguing. (At least that's what I think the most likely translation is.)

Also the filename displayed here on the monitor suggests that the concept art we saw recently shows Bailu, "Hakka" being what its called in Japanese.

Hey Switch do you think the second slightly blurred kanji could be 我そう (monk), it is a 我僧 as a compound but perhaps the person who wrote it didnt know the second kanji.
