I just watched the trailer again and noticed something

Shenhua is the only one with proper facial animations (the old man speaks but his eyes don't move at all, and his movement animations seem slightly off). I'm thinking that maybe they haven't recorded the lines for Ryo or the character in red yet.

In fact now I think about it, shenhua's animations as a whole just seem better than the other characters'. I got a little bit of uncanny valley from the red guy. Does anyone else agree?

Facial animations were put in a few months ago but were removed for the videos from what I understand.

Something to do with still modifying the faces that caused clipping with the bones and such.
It's still in the current build and being worked on, but just not for the trailer.
