Base have their pre-orders up. It is now the cheapest at 22.99 and you do not have to pay upfront ;) Excellent service from them, got my Yakuza 6 After Hours Edition today

For anyone that already preordered through 365games, they've already emailed stating that their price has been lowered to £22.99 (probably to match base), and that they will be refunding the £1

Also seems like in light of this, base are now £22.85 haha, they're virtually giving this game away! I'd pay £22.99 just for the poster

Just my experiance with some of the retailers mentioned.

Base - Never used them myself but from what I’ve seen online everyone seems to get games a day early from them.
Simply Games - Only ordered from them once recently which was Uncharted 4, it came a day after release but they sent the steelbook despite the fact I ordered the regular edition.
Shopto - Not ordered from them for awhile but I always used to get things early. Once got a game about 3 days early from them.

I only have experience with GAME, ShopTo and Amazon, but can confirm that ShopTo still ship games early, although it's not quite as consistent as it used to be. With ShopTo, you tend to get games one day early and sometimes as much as three days early. I'll explain how it currently works:

If game comes out Friday: 95% of the time, it will come on Thursday.
If game comes out Tuesday: 50% of the time, it will come on Saturday. Otherwise, you have to wait until Tuesday.

Yeah, pre-ordered at Base.com for £22.85... An utterly Absurd pricing for Two wonderful games, sorted I get most my Pre-Orders from them adn they'rve never let me down.
