I'm going to buy four copies. I've always wanted to play my favourite games in HD. I know it's unrealistic, but I do wish the title would be touched up + 4K compatible. That would be quite an experience.

It's going to be a whole bunch for me, considering it comes out for two systems, the Japanese PS4 release might really be it's very worthwile own entity and they typically arrive in various language boxes in Europe. May not be able to grab all of those initially but bit by bit down the line and definatly not used copies.

PC digital copy as there is no boxed version + either a PS4 or X1 boxed version which i'll leave unsealed as I don't actually have (nor I plan to buy) any of the two current gen consoles.

I've even stopped getting an English and Japanese version of each Yakuza game (stopped at 0), simply because I can devote those funds to other needs.

I'm on the fence, will buy either one or two. I am a game collector and have all current versions of Shenmue I and II English releases. I also have a Japanese copy of Shenmue but not Shenmue II. I have a PS4 so I'll buy the physical PS4 version for sure. With the Amazon Prime pre-order discount, it should cost $24 USD. That's a lot less than I figured I'd spend as I assumed it would be $50 so I may also buy the Xbox One version just to keep in my collection. I haven't fully made up my mind yet.

Same, but I mean it does help that Sega has finally started given Western audiences the Yakuza love they deserve.

Now they're "servicing" (triple entendre lol) us Shenmue fans as well; they'll get their money and thensome, on these titles

Just a physical one for PS4, I am a humble gamer but I'll consider to buy a second one for steam, since my laptop is with me wherever I go.
