The game will support NATIVE 16:9 for gameplay. So it wont stretch, it'll display additionnal elements on the sides.

RCA does look squeezed compared to VGA. I mostly played Shenmue with RCA cable on a CRT TV so that explains why I'm used to the thinner image.

Now stretching to 16:9 would be pretty much the worst thing that could happen with these ports. ^^ Or any 4:3 games for that matter. But luckily that is already clear to not be the case.
