I love 1st of the Month, it's legit probably one of my all time fav hip hop songs. But it's one big ode to financial welfare checks, and I'm not sure that would gel quite as well with America's love of uber-capitalism as much as the Pied Piper R kells's ode to partying and getting jiggy,

Actually now that I think of it one of the other relief tracks was that world's greatest one by Mr. Kelly. I guess I should put him on my "Good bloke" list.

I was JUST ABOUT to comment on that, since general talk about R Kelly is now ongoing. I watched one random clip just to see what it was about, but was intrigued enough to go back to part 1 and just sit there and watch the whole thing in one sitting! Over an hour I think, and I generally get ADD on Youtube so only really stick to <10 min vids.
