I loved SH 2 & 3. SH 4 was pretty good too, but different. I don't have a PS4, so I don't know about playing this one. But even if I had a PS4 I still don't know. Just watching P.T. at my desk at work was so scary. And that balcony ghost. NOPE. I can play some scary games but some I've avoided.
And it sucks I may never screw myself up enough to play it because of the two legends who are making it. That alone may get me to play it. I've never played a Kojima game, but I know he's good at what he does. And Guillermo del Toro knows horror, he may even
be horror. (Off topic: I still lament the fact that he didn't direct the Hobbit movies) And I love the original Silent Hill games. I love the psychology that is involved..with guilt, fear. I read an in depth analysis of SH and the levels of reality vs illusion vs hallucination. It's fascinating. Here's the link if you have time to kill:

I always saw him as James' executioner. So to have Pyramid Head in other SH games didn't make sense, just like having nurses in SH 3 didn't make sense.
Any tips for getting through scary games like this?
