Here's a couple logos I like that coincidentally both feature a woodland creature.

I have such a soft spot for these particular games, that the logos themselves make me feel all warm and fuzzy. They're both really nice bits of graphic design either way.

I've always been really fond of the Cyan logo for some reason... probably because of the way it was presented in this intro sequence.

I would say any Final Fantasy logo made by Yoshitaka Amano is a lovely piece of art. The overall artistic direction of the games are terrible compared to this.
