I don't think decency is really something to be judged, its a concept that signifies a collective agreement on what isn't going to potentially cause disruption in a particular environment. People's minds can always be changed at what IS decent though, but it's tough I've never been able to do that. I need to have some big ol power to do that.
At least that's what my idea of decency is ehuehuhuehohoho. And of course no, you don't always have to be decent when the situation demands it. But this one didn't.
