I see what you did there.

I remember the old flame wars days really confused me, especially when i was new. It was so babyish. Like someone would insult and inflame me, yet when i reacted, I was the one who got into trouble lol. I never started trouble, but I hard time keeping my mouth shut when I seen people being picked on or bullied. That's when I became involved. Then I'd get warned! Lol I will never forget the one warning I got and from who, back in the day when you got an automated email saying you were warned lol! Talk about seeing red.

I never got a warning, but admittedly I was a total n00b. I am also 23 now, and my early days were hilarious. I understand what you mean, though, I remember thinking the same thing.

Yea it kills ya. Get ready for the arrive home, feel like a celebrity for a week then suffer the biggest single most worst hangover you will ever experience; the travel hangover. How's the missus? You set a date or anything?

I'm ready for it, but will need to find a job pretty sharpish though as this current Government have introduced a new rule where returning Brits can't claim JSA for the first 3 months after they return. Utter bollocks. I could go back to my previous job but I don't really feel like taking a step backwards, it was a relief to get out after being there for so long. Onwards and upwards!

Things are good with the lady, no date set as yet and we won't be aiming for anything too grandiose as we want to buy a house ASAP so that takes precedence but we're sure to have a big party at least.

Aren't you off to Oz again soon?

Yeah but you know how you advised me how hard it is to rock up in November and then try and get work during December and January? That was so on point mate, shit was hard! Those lazy Aussies lock down for time! It was such a ball ache finding work.

Yep, a big help is anything you can learn from other peoples experiences and i just wanted to give you the heads up. The difference for me this time so that doesnt happen again is that i know people in places now, and proved to them i was a hard worker. Fingers crossed they can help be as soon as i step off the plane. Before so in fact, with emails and phone calls to have things in place for when i arrive.

Oh and they are lazy. The most laid back people in the world. But sometimes that isnt a bad thing.
