Did you know that Conan O'Brien has a 'Clueless Gamer' section on his Late Show? He is the 'clueless gamer' trying new games, with a 'nerdy assistant' to help him.
Shenmue 1 / 2 would be perfect to appear, after the record-breaking Kickstarter appeal has brought the game back into the public eye.
This would be great exposure for the Kickstarter - let's get Tweeting people.
So what can we do: well, two things.
1) FIRSTLY, Retweet and favourite the Twitter post that Corey Marshall (Ryo Hazuki's English language voice actor) sent to Mr. O'Brien himself:

He is challenging Conan to play Lucky Hit on 'Clueless Gamer' - how awesome is that?!
2) SECONDLY, spam Conan's 'Nerdy Assistant' on Twitter ALL DAY for this event. He is on there as @BigBley
Let's show him exactly how much we want this.
Let's Tweet with the hashtag #ConanPlaysShenmue
P.S. This is NOT related to the big #SaveShenmue Tweetathon on 3 July

Not sure if it would happen and may not even happen in time for the kickstarter anyways. I don't know their turn around time on filming and broadcasting anyways.
I don't think they would actually promote the kickstarter and I think it would really have to get approval and many other corporate things through YS. It could happen but it seems unlikley
All of the games conan has played for the most part has been done through big publishers wanting him to play them.
