Monday - Chest/Calves
Tuesday - Back/Abs/Core
Thursday - Shoulders/Triceps
Friday - Legs (Hamstrings/Quads)/Biceps
Breakfast - Normally a shake I make of raw oats/peanut butter/milk/berries/protein powder. Then a banana afterwards.
Lunch - Chicken and brown rice
Post work out - Protein shake
Dinner - Whatever
I cut out all fizzy drinks and sweets. I eat whatever for dinner because although I want to be healthier I'm not devoting my life to having 1% bodyfat. I don't eat pizza every night or anything sometimes it's healthy like salmon but the odd night on a Saturday a takeaway or burger is nice.
