reclaiming an old forum account

Joey Bassist Dude was my old account, somehow this GreenHillZone87 has the same e-mail address attached to it? I'd happily just have this account deleted entirely and a password reset to get back in to my old one? With the recent 1 year anniversary of Shenmue III being announced I'd like to come back and be active on here again but from my original account.

p.s. I just attempted to change my email address on this new account so I can quickly see a notification of when I get a response to this thread. mysteriously, it says there is already an account with my new email address...

tried doing forgot password on my new email address and old username, no luck, apologies this is such a mess.

tried doing forgot password on my old email address and older username, I get the following message:

It was not possible to convert your password when updating this bulletin board's software. Please request a new password. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.

obviously requesting a new password has already not worked for me and I actually attempted contacting the board administrator with no response before getting in to my second account to ask for help.

if anybody is out there, please help!

thanks dude, will hold off posting until it's sorted. whatever's easiest for you guys, I don't mind merging them or whatever, just so I can have access to my old posts. would like to donate too if there's a 2016 Donor club? I've thoroughly enjoyed lurking around the last few days, been getting a hankering for Shenmue lately..
