Vultures complaining that the Comet firesale "isn't cheap enough" and "you can still get xxxx cheaper online". Go fucking buy it online then, you've lost nothing. I was slightly disappointed I didn't get a plasma TV for 50 pence as well, but I sure didn't act like it was my God given right and complain to anyone that would listen to about it.

I heard some of their stuff was cheaper online on their own website then in store when the sale was on. I've been busy the last few days so I may pop in and see if there is a bargain to be had.

I'm surprised how many stores are closing down when I keep tipping HMV to be the next one. About 4 times a year you hear how much shit they are in but they keep going.

Still bruises on my arm from the ER giving me an IV a while back. Always takes me a while to heal. Just annoys me and so used to be stuck with needles I'd be a great Heroin addict. Actually developing small scars from all the needles taken the last couple years.

As a diabetic, when I go get a check up every six months, they take blood from the inside of my arm opposite an elbow, proper H-style with the band around my upper arm to make the vein swell so there's a better target for the needle to get into! I don't even flinch anymore, but it still isn't much fun...

I remember years ago i was having to have a load of blood tests[they thought i might be diabetic] on one visit the nurse literally just cut my arm and let the blood drip into the tube cause she couldn't get any blood out of me the normal way.
