Trollhunter is a Norwegian found footage type film that I really liked. Not very scary, but I thought it was entertaining.

It's on Netflix.

Wreck It Ralph.

If you're even the most casual fan in games, you need to see this movie. This is probably the most sophisticated, well-written story written for a kid's movie since...jesus, I don't know.

It's probably a little too cluttered with the plot points but its all brilliantly unwoven all the way to the end. So many different themes are happening at once and you grow to really love the characters (including the really annoying kid). The game cameo appearances are awesome (Sonic's got three) and they plug a few classic gaming things in there too.

Definitely a must see at full price, you won't regret it. I'm tempted to watch it again.

I consider Roger Rabbit to be perfect in every way and form, so i'm not sure if I wanna compare it to that. But its the closest thing we got. I'd be willing to say its the BEST videogame movie out there to date.

I rarely buy anything on DVD (well now would be blu ray with a ps3) but this I will buy the day it comes out.

Skyfall.

I liked it. What did it for me was the third act, it was really well-done. Definitely leagues better (and more legible) than Solace but I like Casino Royale a little more. It did drag in some parts but Javier Bardem played a really interesting bad guy which sort of balanced it out.

I spotted some Batman stuff, like Skyfall was basically Wayne Manor and Bond's dead parents at the cemetery. Also the interrogation room and prisoner scenes were reminiscent of Dark Knight.

I reaaaally like shenmue the movie. The 4 a s in really should be enough to convince you. its cool how cutscenes of a game can form a movie that good.
