When is this game actually comming out for XBox?... I've been wanting to play it just because it's said to be sort of in vein of Shenmue.

Don't know much about it But it looks like it's been out in Japan for a year.
I can't find out much about it....seems a mystery :?
And it's not getting such good reviews. :?

I wouldn't hold my breath on this one...it's been rumored for over a year whether or not it is coming out. Might arrive sometime this year though(latest rumor)...

Anyway, it's not much like Shenmue...most people used-to compare it to the game due to the similar graphics engine. Rent A Hero's engine is a bit watered-down and features a little draw-in and and lower polygon make-up. Obviously, this information is based-upon the Dreamcast incarnation, but I don't expect much improvements to be made with the XBOX version.

Rent a Hero has never been released in America... the Genesis game, Dreamcast, and now Xbox. Don't know why... guess they figure it won't appeal to the American audience.

I played the Japanese Dreamcast game and it was pretty fun, considering I couldn't understand a single thing.

i've played the genesis version before,and when i began the game it's unbelievable to be the english version! but as the game go on, i disapointly found it's a japanese version.isn't it strange enough?
