but um yea, some were given away (Xenoblade, Last Story) some were sold off for rent (Street fighter x tekken, resident evil raccoon city) and a ton were digital (binary domain, sonic 4 episode 2)

ah, virtual on. I remember picking that one up when it was still $50. I played it to death with a friend, until he got tired of me surfboarding him to death with Temjin. Timestalkers is a game I saw all over the damn place in the Dreamcast days. There was a point Electronic Boutique threw it in for free when you bought a Dreamcast. It was one of the first games I had ever seen that actually fell to a $10 price point. At one point I thought they were going to start putting it in cereal boxes.
