I enjoyed S2 and its not like they are just stuck on the farm doing nothing.

The second half of season 2 got more and more amazing to the end. Really wish the whole show was like this from the start. I think cutting the budget in half and confining the characters to the farm really brought out the best material rather than just have them go around shooting zombies and blow stuff up 80% of the time.

Now it's totally gripping and I totally like these characters better than before. Enjoyed the season finale so much, i'm immediately watching the third while working.

Season 3 has had a lot of great moments so far. My S2 highlights would have to be...Avoid Axm

Barn scene, Rick killing the 2 guys in the bar, Shane's death and of course the attack on the farm

after my friend telling me that the main character of sons of anarchy looked like me I thought to myself "who is this handsome fellow" and decided to look in to it, needless to say I was instantly hooked on the biker version of the sopranos and I'm already nearly at season 2

Saw episode 6 of Walking Dead.

Second half was great. Andrew Lincoln is such a good actor.

Yep, Ill be pissed if they kill him off in the comic/tv show because it simply would not work for me without him. As for Andrew Lincoln its so easy for me to forget that his English.

I have also been watching Walking Dead, currently midway through season 2
I've just finished episode 7 and it left me pretty sad, it's been a while since I've actually been invested in a series to the point of things that happen end up bumming me out, but this 7th episode really hit the spot
Now I'm going to bed and probably dream something sad

One thing that bothers me about Walking Dead is that, while it excels in some areas, such as characters development and well executed tension inbetween the people, it can get a tad predictable in others
For example,
The time Carl goes into the forest by himself in the 11th episode
That on its own is already stupid enough, since a kid raised up in that environment, knowing the dangers of wandering alone, would know better than that
And the fact that the kid instead of just shooting the walker, he approaches it and it was painfully obvious that something was going to happen. And as the boy escaped, I already knew that that walker was going to kill someone, and since Dale was being the main character of the episode, I figured it out it was going to be him

another thing is how the whole zombie attacks are executed, more than once they go with the sneak attack and that just does not go well with the walker theme. they're not smart, they're not cunning and they are certainly no stealth machine. They're animals that are always groaning whenever they're on camera, so it's hard to believe they can actually make a jump on someone without them noticing. However it seems to be one of the favorite ways to kill off a character and it just bugs me

This kind of things really bum me out, since I was thoroughly enjoying the show, but it prevents it from being a great show, it's just an above average one.
However, overall it was a pleasant surprise since I wasn't expecting it to be that good. I've never liked the whole zombie craze, but that's really not the strong point of the series.

All in all, I'm happy I gave this show a chance

The thing is with

Carl at that point his a bit full of him self and getting an attitude which is why he keeps disobeying what his parents tell him but that scene was good enough for one showing him that his not as brave as he makes out and 2 that him not doing as he was told cost someone their life. Not that he fully learned his lesson.....

Mid season finale coming up and Boardwalk is coming to the end of S3 as well then Ive got nothing really to watch thill S3 part 2 and Game Of thrones starts next year.
