Which web browser do you use?

I'm still using Fire Fox. I'm considering using something different though as for years it seems to hit this snag where it starts using up an enormous amount of RAM and sometimes CPU utilization that gradually just goes up and up the longer it's open, even with only a couple tabs open. If I close it and reload it with the same tabs it seems to fix it, though even after closing it, it takes a minute or two before the firefox process vanishes and the system resources are freed.

I still cant believe I am the only one using safari. It sucks pretty bad on Windows, but under OSX it is one of the better browsers.

I use Chrome, I'm a web developper and Webkit is definitely the best rendering engine. I also use Firefox for the addons, a lot are better on Firefox than on Chrome.

I use chrome but the skype add on is making it buggy all the time so I might go back to firefox

If you go to wrench and then Tools > Extensions you can disable it

I know but looking for apartments abroad means I use it quite often, it's an add on that comes in handy so disabling most of the time isn't really an option unfortunately

Whenever there's a phone number on a page you an just click it and it'll call it from Skype

I hate to kick up an old topic, but I just switched back to Firefox after using Chrome for about three years or so. I finally had enough of the flash related freezes and crashes. Plus, I see Firefox had stepped up it's quality immensely.

Did you use Google to search for things, and the usual auto-populating of the page didn't happen (the results were sorta "ghosted") so you had to press Return, or click the button on the page? Mine has started to do that, and was wondering if it was an only-me internet problem (as I assume most of my internet problems to be)...

Yeah, but mine didn't do that too much. Mostly freezes and crashes due to flash. The worse part is that it did the exact same thing with both my computers.

What about tor anonymous browser, I only use it for every now and then but as its derived off of an integrated version of Firefox its exactly the same but switches you though various proxies every time you use it. No proxy connection lag at all!

i use chrome, it's fast as hell, every tab becomes a single process and thats really cool

Its pretty sweet, but I too only use it on special occasions. Like bypassing download limits or ordering a barrel full of designer drugs with my mint of bitcoins.
