To be honest, while I agree with you on those other games, I have to side with him about OoT. Mostly, at least. It absolutely is a good game, but practically everything in it has been surpassed in quality by the following Zelda games. Calling it the "best game ever made" (a claim which occurs more with OoT than with any other game I've ever seen) obviously smells like fond childhood memories, rather than an honest summation of its merits.
Playstation fans from the same time period will say the same thing about FFVII, but as much as I love the game (I rank it as one of my overall favorites) I don't agree with them either.
Calling either of them overrated might be an exaggeration (since they deserve the ratings they've gotten, for sure), but they certainly could be called overappreciated. "Quality" is an ever-changing concept, so branding anything as "the best ever" ought to be a fleeting sentiment. I'll find myself saying it every now and then about one thing or another, but I always regret it afterward, because it feels like too much of an all-encompassing exaggeration.

I love Neir what are you talking about? I said originally was not getting into it but I really do enjoy the game...I have been sidetracked and not finished it but that goes for about many other games I love and own. Also when did I ever say Halo was the worst game of all time? Never. I just don't like it. I also don't lke many FPS games. However if you look in the Halo 4 topic I showed interest in the game. So much I did one of my normal things I do for games I have interest or like. Watched a Youtube Walktrhough and watched the entire single player story.

No need to attack me based on a opinion and make false claims.

So my fiance asked me what I want for my birthday next month, and after a bloody beatdown of epic proportions (I'm generally resistant to her buying me anything, so she usually has to force ideas out of me), I made mention of Ken's Rage 2 and pointed out an ebay listing to her for the PAL version (among a few other things, so I might still be surprised).
I look at the listing today and it says "1 sold".

Usually as a company continues to spiral downward, executive pay only goes up and up. But he actually slashed his salary as the company hit harder times. That may been just your everyday executive back in the 50's, but today that's down right unheard of.

I just find the first Halo bland in design and gameplay was not my thing and did not like the controls. I just did not like it.
