Anyone know why Apple aren't selling a dock connector for the 'new' iPad? (4th gen).

No, with this new 4th gen they've changed to a 'lightning' connector (read: smaller) and now they've stopped selling those older dock connectors altogether.. Must be one in the works.

How about 3rd party? Or maybe an adapter. Look on chinese sites they have docks and adapters.

They sell an adapter but I can't help but think using an adapter inbetween the pad and the docking station would be too unsturdy. Ah well, we'll see what happens. Such a huge oversight if you ask me not for Apple to make one..

Same. I'd rather not be an iSheep but it's more convenient for me since my group of friends and brother have Apple devices. Also means I save money not buying accessories like Apple TV because they already have one I could use. Shame about Sony's problems with the Xperia Tab S otherwise I would of been sold on that..
