Dude listen to me. I put off a hospital for 2 years because I felt I could not afford it. It ended up nearly killing me. This could turn into something very serious if you keep putting it off. Forget about money atm. Figure that out later. Just go to the ER now. Heed my wraning I know from experience,putting it off will only make it worse.

My issue is I'd probably have to return the humble gifts I got for the family just to cover the cost of a check up. And that wouldn't be enough. If I'm to be the Grinch that stole Christmas I'd at least need to know I could be treated and a check up only tells you if you have the problem, fixing it is a whole other monstrosity. Personally, I'm not going to worry about it. There is still a good chance it's nothing bad and will just go away in a week or so with a little taking it easy.

Hey guys. Again, limited internet access and time means i cant be on much, but i do think of you guys and the Dojo everyday. I miss it, and hopefully there will be a time in the future where i have my own place with internet and some time to chill here. i hope everyone is keeping well, and you all have a lovely Christmas and New Years.

My issue is I'd probably have to return the humble gifts I got for the family just to cover the cost of a check up. And that wouldn't be enough. If I'm to be the Grinch that stole Christmas I'd at least need to know I could be treated and a check up only tells you if you have the problem, fixing it is a whole other monstrosity. Personally, I'm not going to worry about it. There is still a good chance it's nothing bad and will just go away in a week or so with a little taking it easy.

Lay on the floor or in your bed, put your hands on your hips and press down, while doing so sort of shimmy yourself around and you can get your spine to decompress. That helps me.

From what you say, it doesn't sound too serious. So I suggest taking a Epson salt bath.
