I love p&p games. Everything that I would have suggested has been covered by everyone else, but there are a few indie adventures that are really excellent too.

A new indie games that I think is incredible is To the Moon by Freebird Games.

Well, yeah, it's more like a retro console rpg, but you don't fight or anything. It's just pointing and clicking objects, not really puzzles, but exploration.
