Bad move financially. Nintendo got it's arse kicked out on the street with the Gamecube. If this happens with any other future Nintendo console, it'd put SEGA in too much of a shit situation. The amount of money they'd lose out on from cross-platform titles, film licensed games, etc.

And yes, like many current and former SEGA fans, I'm still waitin on their inevitable return to the console market. Sure, it probably won't happen for the next couple of untouched generations, but let's face it, can you think of anyone who wouldn't seriously consider buying "the new SEGA"?

What a great idea. It would be nifty if it had a more modern video panel and modern component out. (The US doesn't have scart) I wonder what the other 40 "bonus" games are.

And seriously! What is with everyone referring to their Genesis as "I have a sega"?! A Sega WHAT? I would say. That was so confusing!

Except not really because no one seems to have ever heard of the Master System in the States and apart from my self, I knew no one personally who had a sega cd or 32x.
