New PM Features

I just wanted to let everyone know that due to the donations received and our hosting upgrade, I've been able to enhance our PM features.

Users are now able to include attachments in PM's by uploading files to Shenmue Dojo.
Users PM boxes are now unlimited, the 250 limit has been changed to no limit.

Hope this makes life a little easier around the Dojo. Enjoy!
