Additionally, the Washington Post (ugh) reports that the Playstation 4 will indeed be revealed on the 20th of February.

If this pans out, it's come a lot earlier than I expected. A holiday release or sooner is eminent.

If anything, I think the PS4 will be only slightly more powerful than the PS3 and focus more on other things such as digital distribution of software and social aspects, possibly more enhanced VITA communication, and that's it.

Sony has a history over over selling the tech with the new console and make outrageous BS claims then follow it with bullshots or vids that are never close to the final product

Releasing a PS4 doesn't mean they're going to stop supporting the PS3. Games were still being released on PS2 for years into the current gen. We're going to be seeing multiple versions of new games for a while to come.

True.But unless my mind is playing tricks on me,I remember those ps2 games released were ports for the most part.Not great ports if I remember correctly.

Still enjoying the current gen consoles so no big.

Sony still owes me and many others 10,000$ for showing them proof in 2007 that there was more than 10 systems in stock in a retailer. Jack Tretton...still waiting
