Anybody up for another round of the Irish Drinking Song? The CW announced today that they've ordered a new take on the hit improvisational series Who Line Is It Anyway?, hosted by comedian Aisha Tyler (Archer).

The network's revival will feature the return of Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady and Colin Mochrie, who along with a special guest each episode, will put their comedy skills to the test in a series of spontaneous improv games.

That show was awesome. Loved both versions but liked the UK version better as it didn't have Drew Carrey on it.

So the new Whose Line aired yesterday. The episodes are also online at CW.

It was better than I expected. The new host is okay. She isn't Drew or Clive, but she might get better when she has more experience. There's only been two episodes but they've already had two special guests. I hope it isn't a trend.

Erry Tuesday it seems. The special guest thing seems to be sticking around, probably because Aisha isn't good enough at improv to do any scenes.

Holy shit, this new season is fucking amazing. I was laughing so goddamn hard the entire time!

The new host is alright so far but man, the audience really groans after every other joke she makes. But after about episode three, i'm starting to grow on her. At least she makes jokes whereas Carey was just the butt of jokes. Not sure about the guests, they look like they don't wanna be there especially when the cast is poking fun at them.
