End episode was not as bad as many made out. The assault was a let down but everything else worked well enough.

Carl is slowly turning into Shane

Maybe in S4 The Gov will actually be like he was supposed to be from the start.

Probably. Just be warned about the Andrea heavy episodes because they completely ruined her character in S3.

Finished Season 3 last night. It was probably the best season of the show so far but still suffered from it's normal problems. I didn't think they have stretched the prison arc to long like some but some episodes just felt like filler and these where mostly the ones set in Woodbury. I actually preferred The Governor over the comic book version which I can't say for pretty much every other character. Had they cut maybe 3 or 4 episodes off this season it would have been a lot stronger.

The second half of season 3 was really good. The premiere was so underwhelming I didn't care to watch it for awhile, but I caught up and it quickly got really good.

Andrea dying off was sad. She probably had a little too MUCH face time this season, but she was still a good character. Same with Axel and Merle. I'm very much interested in S4 when it comes around now.

Having a new show runner every 6 months is not helping the show and Michonne was wasted for most of S3.
Now that shes apart of the group give her some character.

I thought the finale to be rather lousy and disappointing...
Also the whole season was not that great, lots of ups and downs quality-wise. Being the first season so lackluster and the second one only picking up during the second half, I'm honestly amazed how I put through all of the episodes and how much fans and praise the serie has so far.
