THe question I have is..what were they thinking? What was the reasoning behind blowing your load, and a very weak load, before e3? This has to be one of the biggest blunders ever. If you have a ****ty e3 nobody really cares except us hardcore peeps, but jesus ****ing up on national TV is really retarded.

Many indie devs expressing distaste for Xbox One.

They are bitching because rather than class games as retail/blockbusters, Arcade or Indie they are simply putting everything in Games in a sense to say they are all on equal terms. A few reports have still said they can release indie games.

The exception to this is titles that opt to release on Xbox Live Indie Games, though this has more financial drawbacks for developers than the more lucrative Arcade section.

Ive enjoyed a fair few games made by Indie devs but my god many want the fucking world and more and now their bitching cause MS didn't mention them during an hour conference that they only mentioned 5 games in anyways?
But as much as Ive enjoyed their games, their games will not be system sellers for most gamers next gen.

MS want to keep things closed for now, Why? To try and keep a level of quality control.

Look at Fez, Released under MS only to have bug that causes problems for many of the buyers so how would it have been without any testing by MS? Could have had many more bugs in it. What if we get a load of War z's?
Now not all will release unfinished crap but its a bit of a risky move at this point in time that could go either way.

A Shenmue III announcement at E3 would be the only way to redeem the Xbox One from the Reveal show. Or a Plethora of Dreamcast games. I mean access to every Dreamcast game ever made.

MS treats indies like shit they have for a long time now and just made it worse. MS with indies is like Sony was in the PS2 era with devs and Nintendo in the NES era. Sony and Nintendo now are treating them like royalty. No sane rational person can defend MS right now. This is worse than Sony 2006. Just as bad as Nintendo 1995.

The fee is too high but Sony has/had it as well.

Phil Harrison mentioned it in an interview cause Indie devs are upset that the indie section is being removed but he simply said indie devs can still self publish those games only now instead of a Games, XBLA and Indie section they simply have a Games tab.[but he has gotten a few things wrong so that may be one of them]

MS gave an indie section and no one gave a shit about most of the games. Why? Sadly because most are angry bird rip offs or lame avatar games.
So yeah indie devs moaned the indie section was hidden[its not] on XBox 360 and now they are moaning MS are not signalling them out as Indie but simply as games.

But again its another a mountain out of a molehill by people when MS have not even officially announced anything in this regard. The guy interviewed even said they would continue to work with devs and look at other models.

Pics of Need for Speed or is it Forza? Or Drive Club? Maybe GT all racing game pics look the same now days.

I love my racing games so these are the first pictures so far to get me really thinking about the next generation. The only problem is NFS will be on all three consoles so they don't help me to decide which one to go for. I hope it doesn't come down to Forza 5 vs GT6.
