Pre-E3 hype. What are you hoping for.

I too really want to see more on Drive Club. Great idea, hope it comes to fruition as intended.

The thing I'm most excited/hope to see is someone showing something that I'm not thinking about or expecting. Something real left field that wasn't even rumored about to get us all talking like mad men.

I still need to kill some bugs and iron out some minor details but tomorrow I'm finally going to have some birthday curry and be able to relax until E3.

Then when E3 gets here it'll be a drunken mess of work all over again, but hey small victories.

The legends are true! We’ll once again be livestreaming E3 worldwide over four gut-busting day during the videogame-iest time of the year. The live E3 broadcast (available in nine languages!) begins this Monday, June 10th at 5:30pm Pacific/8:30pm Eastern with the PlayStation E3 2013 Press Conference, the most exciting (and most Tweeted-about) event on the PlayStation calendar.

Then, starting Tuesday, June 11th at noon Pacific Time, we’ll kick off three days of our PlayStation LiveCast show featuring gameplay demos and developer interviews for zillions of upcoming PS4, PS3 and PS Vita games. Expect to see Beyond: Two Souls from Quantic Dream, Destiny from Bungie, DriveClub from Evolution Studios, The Evil Within from Tango GameWorks, Gran Turismo 6 from Polyphony Digital, inFAMOUS: Second Son from Sucker Punch Productions, Killzone: Shadow Fall and Killzone Mercenary from Guerrilla Games, The Last of Us from Naughty Dog, Tearaway from Media Molecule, Wolfenstein: The New Order from MachineGames and many, many more. All told, we’re planning to showcase more than 40 games across PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.

Yeah, I generally share this sentiment. I am not hoping for anything mind blowing. Shame though, back in the day when it was E3 year to unveil the next gen consoles, everyone would make remarks like "this could be the best E3 yet", and now its like

Really wish I could have gone this year. With security apparently so high I couldn't find anyone to get me in. Not like the old days in '05 when I could borrow a friends badge and just waltz right in. Shame when I live so close. Oh well, theirs always TGS. I'll be trying to go to that next year I hope.

It sounds dumb, cause it's just a box, but I cant wait to see what the PS4 looks like. All the ports, the disc drive etc. Will it be an awkward design? I doubt it.. but secretly I hope it is just for the luls. I hope it's something borderline stupid yet functional and cool.
My hopes are too high. It's probably gonna be a stupid boring box like the Xbox One.
