Really really shocked that Sony did go with not forcing the restrictions. I think this will force Microsoft to reconsider their position.

Sadly the exclusives I care for at the moment are all on the Xbox side. The only PS4 game I want is inFamous.

The one thing I dislike is you have to pay to play online but basic apps such as hulu and such are free. So it's still not as bad as Xbox Live. Fuck, and it's 3-9-9 $. RIP XBONE

If what Sony said is 100% true then fair play to them but it does go against what they said just a couple months ago which was DRM/used sales would be up to the publisher.

And also nearly £100 cheaper than X1 so I may just be getting 2 consoles within the next year.

I haven't been this excited for gaming in a long time. Sony absolutely demolished this conference.

And the console looks sick. With those angles it looks like a prototype that actually became final design and not something watered down after iterations.

This is how you put a gaming strategy together and deliver the goods.

They listened to their fans and they saw the negativity Microsoft got and decided, fuck that! They did make you pay for online play but still apps are free so it's a fair deal.
