RYO HAZUKI - 3D Project

Hello people.

I'm in the midst of a college project for which I'm modeling a Ryo figure from photographic reference. Thanks to wude for aiding me in getting those from the passport.


I'm using these two programs named Lightwave and ZBrush. However, I'm a complete newbie to 3D software, so I'm pretty reserved as to what the outcome will be.

He looks very big/stocky. Like he's put on 30 pounds of muscle. Give him more of a relaxed pose and make him a bit thinner.

Jack, not even Joy relaxes Ryo

I agree. It was mainly due to the jacket. The reference picture I used was from those 3D versions, in which the jacket looks more feather stuffed.

So, I tried painting the jacket and made the eyes. This was the outcome.

An update.


I had to hand over the model as it were after the last pictures I posted, as that was the final day for delivery. Meanwhile, I decided I would try and get it finished to the best of my abilities.
