We're at about $50/$150 and it's due tonight. To be fair, I really don't feel this should come out of pocket but I'm not going to do that to the people who literally can't. It's a shame that the people who can don't help though yet use the site daily.

I think when you ask for donations it's best to ask way in advance to get the word spread. Hopefully people will catch on to this request and reimburse expenses.

I definitely think it's far too hidden, like not even in an unobtrusive way but in a 'what, there was a donate button?'. Ask around, I'm sure many will agree that a slightly nicer looking/bigger donate button could go a long way, especially for a site with no ads.

Heck, why not have a lil competition to see who can create the coolest shenmue-themed donate button? For those who have time to give instead of money?
