Sorry, I didn't donate. Not because I do not want to. I want to donate to the KS and to the dojo but for me it's just not financially possible at all. Even the 29$ tier. Like, only a few weeks ago I was a step away from being homeless. I feel truly awful about it but sometimes circumstances are a bitch. However if they add pay pal donation links and it allows for donation after the kickstarter ends, I will definitely donate when I can.

Looks like my estimation is nearly correct. I was guessing 4mil by saturday. Considering how much the kickstarter has slowed I don't even know if thats possible at this point.

At this point, we really need to be spreading the word EVERYWHERE. I am getting friends and family to donate. I also tweeted it out to my followers, 26 of them who I'm sure will make a contribution even though I know most of them have never played Shenmue.

I finally did this morning.

I did $100. Want to do $300, and while I technically have the funds - there's a lot of other stuff I need to be purchasing soon.

I feel like an idiot though. I bought the collector's edition of Final Fantasy Type-0 for $100 as my birthday present. Let me tell you, Shenmue III means so much more than FFType0. But, those are the breaks. If I can manage to up my donation, I will.

I also kind of expect a physical PS4 copy to be released later. So in my mind I've got about $160 dedicated to it. Which is still next to nothing compared to what this series means to me.
