My hobby lately is getting to know my 21 month old. I say getting to know even though I've been with her since the beginning but she's changing so much so fast. Her personality is really taking off. So she consumes all of my non-work life.

1, gaming, a given. (like masturbation, it's done in privacy, a taboo where i live. i don't multiplay online, not my bag.)
2, music and recording studios (using amiga computers and ams-neve equipment, lucky i know folks, the co$t for that setup is beyond reasoning..and my ability to foot the bill.)
3, reading and eating.
4, drugs, and general substance abuse, why not?! (not hurting anybody...least of all myself)
5, lesbian porn, anything else just makes me puke.
6, after irl responsibilities, rinse and repeat.

had a crack at protools, but it's ui takes some getting used to.
impressive it handles a LOT of amiga tracker modules by default.
trackers/sequencers used: octamed, protracker, fasttracker, digibooster, screamtracker, renoise and lastly, dbpoweramp...though that's more of a basic frontend, but for samples, like fruitloop.
as for midi, a definite roland, korg, casio and yamaha fan here.
haven't had much experience with akai...yet.

as fruitloop is for midi/effects chamber sequences, dbpoweramp does for audio samples. (safety.)

I am interested in firearms, I like to study the history behind them, firing them at the range, and collecting.

I also am interested in history, historical military battles, uniforms, and culture.

I am a food addict, I purposely look around for hole in the wall restaurants and ethnic places to eat, can't stand chain restaurants.

My interest is mixed martial arts and also scuba diving, I haven't done so in a while.

Outside of this, I also enjoy studying population genetics, DNA, and genetic diseases. I find it interesting to see migration theories.

I can't think of anything else right now.

Video editing and motion graphics are probably my two biggest hobbies at the moment. I've been working with software such as Sony Vegas for a long time now (7 or so years).
I really want to get into cinematography but I've still got a long way to go before I can actually do that.
