Yu Suzuki’s power of imagination, and the genius to bring it all together, has manifested itself time and again with every work of art he has produced. His vision for the future of entertainment-- the concept that was Shenmue--was to fuse movies, video games, and digital and analog media of all stripes, in order to create a world where you could truly become someone else and live that life. That vision undeniably lives on in the hearts and souls of so many games that came after it.

Hiroaki Takeuchi believes we will see the same visionary greatness from Yu Suzuki this time around with Shenmue 3.

Hiroaki Takeuchi, the renowned animation pioneer and digital content authority, will be teaming up with Yu Suzuki again as Animation Producer for Shenmue 3. His work on the original Shenmue as an animation adviser helped Yu Suzuki realize that vision to merge animation and cinematics together with video games.

Nice update, doesn't have much content, but was kinda touchy and feely.

New updates will come today, so that's another good thing.

The guy worked on a lot of projects I really liked, I'm feeling pretty good about Shenmue III being freaking awesome.

I really like all the nice interview we been getting from the people who worked with Yu Suzuki from the very beginning of Shenmue development and the best thing about it is that they are returning back for the 3rd game. I never liked the idea when many Shenmue fans wanted a western company to make Shenmue 3. When a new team works on a sequel of a game in some cases the game takes a different direction where they start making a lot of changes and it turns out to be a bad game. I know now Shenmue 3 is in good hands now.

Yeah one of my concerns of those lately years were if that S3 became a reality, were made in a western company, its reassuring to know that the old geezers return with the master Suzuki san to bring us the experienc we waited 14 years.
