I started playing Shenmue again and explored the house better (last time i did i was 13 lol), and look what i find in the residence, and in Fuku-san's room of all places! XD

It's not new to me but it's cool that people still find new (to them) small details. I noticed this sign the first time I played but made the connection when playing Shenmue I again after finishing Shenmue II.

I checked out BlueMue's YouTube channel to see if it was anywhere in the "Shenmue - Random Rare Dialogue" video, or if there were perhaps a compilation of Ine-san's dialogue, but no such luck, I'm afraid, dude

I've heard about the karate teacher thing but have never actually seen it.

I've never heard that Ine-san is talking about that at some point in the game yet. I'll have to look into that. Actually, Ine-san would be great for another voice collection. Hard to believe it hasn't been done yet...

Yes that conversation with Ine absolutely happened. It was just a quick back and forth convo with Ryo. I believe it was on the first disc near the beginning of the game. Can't pinpoint exactly when though :/ I've been playing thru the game with Reicast on my smartphone. And when I heard that it startled me because I thought I'd heard it all. But Shenmue always proves me wrong. And I love the game so much

Well here it is, at 6:47 she mentions it. Always amazing how much of this obscure dialogue is in the game.

So Ryo knows karate too? Fuck, now it makes sense why he says to Nozomi just after you first meet Charlie, about going to take a course to study at college that "it will have karate". That part always confused me, since I always thought he only knew Jujitsu. Fuck. This game guys...this game.
