Just mentioned it to this big tech news reporter on periscope (Scott Budman), and he said Shenmue! that's a blast from the past, I didn't even know there was a kickstarter for it. He said that someone in the news room was a massive Shenmue fan, and would mention it to him.

Weird that it's still new news to some people, especially big news reporters like this.

Thats what I have expected over the past few days as the hype has grew. People will want to be a part of this more and more, as the figure creeps higher, and the clock runs out.

Yeah weird, i'll try and get a vid cap of when I asked him. Really surprised me, he is very Apple and tech like that, and follows stock prices, so I guess it's possible to miss E3, or video game news if you're not that much into video games, he's also a fair bit older aswell, but he did know about Shenmue

Sorry I didn't mean for it to come across as doubting you! I just thought with tech stuff being shown at E3 (like the Xbox Minecraft scenario) he would have been there or at least watching via stream!
