I just watched the video uploaded by the dojo channel on youtube, regarding the sega's response to the question of the possibility of Shenmue HD Remastered... and just lost my breath!
It was said the they would love to remake the francise tomorrow, but due to the greatness of the game and license issues that's not so easy to do, BUT THE FUCKING SEGA IS LOOKING INTO IT!
So suddenly I just realised the this year's E3 could be as magic as 2015!

I'm just seeing SEGA representatives and Suzuki san announcing it on stage!

I'm too hyped now, I know... but Sega didn't ignored us this time, they for the first time listened the fan base and at least gave us some hope!

I'm proud of beeing part of this, part of the history of Shenmue and member of the comunity for so long...

Unless they're messing with us and hiding progress, I'm fairly certain that this means we won't see an announcement at E3. However, I can't imagine they would respond like this and then never follow up unless there's a really big "blocker" preventing them from doing so. I'll have my fingers crossed from here on out.
