WOW! They visited the Musée Mécanique! That's so awesome and fitting.

It used to be located at the cliff house overlooking the ocean but was moved to its present location for renovation. I used to go there sometimes. A teacher and friend introduced it to me.

It's expensive, and way too crowded for an introvert like me, but as long as I can help it (which I soon won't be able to lol,) I hope to live here. It's where I grew up, I love the antique streetcars, golden gate park is like a second home and another world to me, and all my doctors (and in particular specialists I need) are here between General and UCMed. Ideologically, it's also an ideal location for me. :p
