The peeing dog in Dobuita

Has anyone ever seen the dog pee on stuff in Dobuita? It's a little akita or chow dog that walks around, I just happened to be behind him when he walked up to a building and lifted his leg to pee. I just thought it was funny and was something I had never noticed before.

I've never seen a dog pee in dobuita.lol. But I've seen a drunk guy. lol.
Have you ever seen the drunk guy. One time I was walking in the night on Dobuita and a drunk guy just fell on me, and a QTE appear. Has anybody ever seen this part in the game...

I've seen the drunk man.. the one with the stripped shirt right? But I've never had the QTE pop up when he's around.

Hahah yeah, I've seen the dog pee before...
BTW, anyone seen this other drunk guy? You can't talk to him, but after he leaves the Yokosuka Bar late at night, he falls over in front of the burger stand! It's amusing as after that he stays on the floor, nursing his leg :lol:
