Sorry for the bare bones topic, don't have much time, but I have to share this.

It's out now on Google Play, it's free and I keep hearing Shenmue works very nicely in it!!

It comes with controller support for Ouya and Nvidia Shield only (for now).

From what I can getter Nvidia Shield runs games like Phantasy Star Online PERFECTLY, being the best device to run the emulator at the moment.

If someone has a top notch Android tablet please go try it and share with us your first hand impressions.

Pretty great. I have the Sony Xperia Z Tablet which has a quad-core S4 and 2GB of ram so it should perform well. Will give it a try soon enough.

Looks like they got most of the trees right at least, I remember emulating Shenmue on the PC, the trees would always fuck up for some reason

Strangely, Shenmue runs alright on my super old phone. It's not even a dual core and I think it has less than 1GB of RAM . Shenmue II crashes after it loads Aberdeen though.

Nevermind. Only the intros work. Way too much graphical glitches or crashes after that.

I dont think Shenmue has ever looked so bad... Hopefully a later update will remedy the problem. Are there any DC emulators that can run Shenmue for say Vita? or any other handheld?

Looks like they are off to a great start. The ZWrite modules need to be converted for Android though. May take a while before the release can handle shenmue as good as the PC counterparts, nulldc and demul.
