You seem to have an actual working knowledge of all this stuff so for me to try to argue would be pointless. Though, I still think Saddam would have kept Iraq in better shape than it is in now!
I just think "they" need to bring themselves out of their sorta "crusades" mentality that's going on just now, rather than force dragging them out of the dark ages. In the UK we actually don't worry that much about terrorism most of the time, despite the best efforts in the media (and hey, I absolutely do agree that the media telling folks about military stuff is definitely not good). The only serious attempts they had were pretty poor efforts really. I bet the Glasgow airport one didn't even make international news ('cos it didn't really count. A guy drove a Jeep full of gas cylinders into the doors, it didn't explode but went on fire, driver got out and ran away, baggage handler chased him down and kicked him in the ball sack.). London would be a bit scarier and more likely, but the intelligence folk seem to have it under control. I'm guessing some of this info comes from people on the ground in these war torn places?
I bet they are gonna be getting a lot of overtime in those intel places all over Europe right now, a load more potential "customers" have arrived!

Have an update on this:

About the last month at work has been glorious as people that had a desk near me have left my department or moved desk and I've been sat alone for the last month which I love. I got told by my manager last week that we had 3 new people starting and they will have the empty desks right near me which pissed me off and I made it known. Well today the 3 new people came to meet the department for the first time and all 3 are very beautiful women so I apologized to my manager for complaining. I'm starting to look forward to Monday...

To be blunt yesterday was fucking strange.

I've been chatting away at work and through text to these women since they joined and got on well great with all of them. Well I had some spare tickets for a comedy gig (Tim Vine) that I bought as a present for someone but they where on holiday for it and couldn't go, I took this opportunity to ask 2 of them if they wanted to go. We went to the gig had a laugh and went for a drink after. The two of them ended up hitting the bar a little to hard and were soon telling me how they both had no gag reflex and wanted me to judge who gave better head. The bar had a pole they where dancing on (which I have some sneaky videos of) and they were both grabbing the parts of my body I wanted them to grab. It was getting out of hand and they where soon trying to one up each other with what they where going to do to me, of course I mostly had a smile on my face.

It hit about 3AM and the lights came on and we left the bar. While outside one of the women I was with got talking to someone she knew (Who looks like modern Gary Glitter) who invited us back to his friends place who she apparently knew as well. I was kinda hoping to not go because of what had been talked about previously but they wanted to go so we headed to this flat.

Well it's just gone 3AM and this guy who looks like a crack addict answers his door covered in cling film. We head into his flat where we meet the guy from outside the bar and the crack addicts wife who looks like the day hooker from My Name Is Earl if she weighed 90 pounds. I sit down and start talking to the Gary Glitter lookalike from outside the bar as he seems at least semi normal. I'm chatting away when the guy who answered the door comes in with two shopping bags packed with weed and throws it on the table. I don't do weed and I don't really judge those that do but this was a lot of fucking weed. The two women I know are rolling and so is Gary Glitter while I talk to the cling film man about Pink Floyd while his wife is screaming about how his an arsehole in the corner.

Eventually about 3 other guys turn up and sit themselves down and start rolling and drinking beers. I'm talking to the girls when I notice one of the new guys with a mirror lining up some cocaine. This mirror is soon getting passed around and everyone but me is soon buzzing on cocaine. At this point I'm thinking of leaving as this isn't what I'm into at all, I don't even like nightclubs I prefer a quiet pub where you can have a chat so this is not my idea of a great night out. I'm chatting to the women and trying to plant the seed of getting out but they're buzzing at 4-5AM as they've just had their pick me up. I'm chatting away to them when I look up and if cocaine wasn't crazy enough I see the cling film guy and his wife holding spoons with lighters underneath them and needles on the table. I literally did a Jerry Seinfeld and said "I'm out" and left.



Well I went home and slept for a couple of hours as I got in bed about 6AM. Lunchtime comes around and both of the women are texting me and saying thanks for the great night and how we need to do it again, I honestly had no idea what to say and didn't text back. While I was writing this post one of the women's roommate just added me on Facebook. These women are hot and both easily 8's or 9's but last night really really made them seem unattractive that they want to hang out in some crack den on a Saturday night with two 40 year old heroin addicts. Needless to say work tomorrow will be interesting.

If they were randoms, id say fuck em and forget em, but if you work with em id just look at em like they were crazy from now on and never mention that night ever happened again. If you gotta tell em you were uncomfortable and that situation wasnt ok and you dont want anything to do with it, i wouldnt hold back on that either.

I've been in situations like that before with a bunch of druggies but I just can't be bothered with it. I stopped talking to my best friend from school as that was his idea of fun and I just would rather do pretty much anything else. It wasn't that I was nervous it's just that I don't want to be around that shit and those types of people so I got up and left.

Also, they were probably butt fucked in the after show party. Just think of all of the dudes there versus how many ladies there were and how "high" everyone was...yuck. No wonder you got a Facebook friend add since they're thanking you for sending the ladies their way like a pimp. After show orgies are definitely a thing at these drug parties (I normally "get the fuck out" when the cocaine comes out, honestly). Modern women want "security" nowadays, after all. STDs sure provide that...

Anyway, at least you now know where Lynch gets his ideas for his films. Crazy ladies seem to your thing. I know they are for me too. Crazy and great looking women seem to go hand in hand, unfortunately. They're just not wife material. That's cool if you do not intend on getting married though, but don't expect them to stay away from those creepy fucks you had to hang out with the other night. Especially since they wanted to "do it again." Yeah, stay the fuck away from that shit.

I'm guessing numero 3 of that hot trio at work isn't involved with these girls/freakshows at the flat? At least there's her still left. For now...

Sadly they apparently left soon after I did and no orgy. The roommate who added me on Facebook was asking about that night and said the girl I was with got in about an hour after I left. Although the orgy angle would explain why the Gary Glitter lookalike was looking up on his phone how Fellatio was spelt for a good half an hour. I always thought though that Lynch got his ideas after a night out in Manchester .

Sadly yes I do attract some insane women but sadly this isn't the worst.

Anyway I went into work today and they where already there and people started saying to me how they heard how I went out with Blondie and Brunette (The one who knew the people) as I will now call them from now on. Apparently they only knew about us going out to the bar which makes sense as I wasn't keen to tell everyone who I work with where I ended up. Most people just seemed to want to know what I was like on a night out as I don't really deal with people I work with outside of work and just don't go to staff parties or anything like that. No one there is really anyone I would hang out with and the only reason I went out with the two women was for obvious reasons. I've been promoted (for the second time in about 3 months as the company is a joke) and leaving the department and my current boss wanted to throw me a leaving do and I just told her not to bother.

Apparently the 3rd woman (Who I will now call Cosplayer as that's what she does for fun) was texting them and was looking to come and meet us but just didn't for some reason. She has a boyfriend and I've tested the waters there and she doesn't seem interested in anything else.

As soon as I sat down at my desk Blondie came over and asked what time my lunch was as she wanted to pop for a cheeky Nandos with me. Our lunches sadly didn't match up....

Well when Blondie and Brunette were near by someone asked me how the night was and I said there is no way I'm going to the town we went to again as it's a shit hole (First time I'd been on a night out in that town as it's a bit out of my way). Soon Blondie and Brunette are talking about how we will go out for the night near where I live as that night was so fun. Brunette has been texting me tonight about doing it some time.

I spoke to them both a couple of times just in passing and both said they don't remember heading to the flat as they were out of it and both deny knowledge of heroin being there. They apparently sobered up pretty quick (the Coke most likely) and left soon after me. I'm guessing they regret the whole thing as the Brunette has some massive post on Facebook about how she is cutting 'bad people' out of her life and texting me all night about how she wants to just hang out with positive people.

Funny... I was actually being sincere when I said that. Even across the internet I still sound bitchy, hahaha. That post made me chuckle considering our boys stateside would probably clutch their pearls and hand him a gluten-free avocado sandwich. I read a lot of news, which makes for boring conversations all around. Assad is one bad ass mofo, he's practically melting his own people with sarin gas, plus I think he's from a religious sect called Alawite. My guess is that he hates both the Shi'ite and the Sunni equally, and he's practicing a bit of genocide on his part. Saddam I'm iffy about, I believe he was the first to call for global jihad and the conglomeration of all sects to war with the West. But a brilliant point about keeping his people in check. All in all, I just hope our freedoms here still remain intact. We're one of the few countries that are permitted to carry guns without having to get a permit (most of the time). They're good for blasting NYC cockroaches, we ride them on the freeway. That notion of legal private possession waved bye-bye to the UK a while ago I'm afraid. Nice knuckledusters though!
